Tasting Notes
This is minimal intervention winemaking at its best. A little footstomping here and a little destemming there. This cult status Pinot Noir is everything it's been hyped up to be, and even wine writer Jancis Robinson agrees. This Pinot is light on it's feet with oodles of structure. The profile is lean and savoury showing green spice and whole bunch sappiness layered into some forest floor and wild strawberry. It's long. Fascinating. - Chris L
