The final release from this organically farmed vineyard which Rhen & Janelle have been managing since 2014. North east facing slope of loamy clay over ironstone. 70% whole bunch with a 3 week maceration. 10 months on full lees in barrel and a year in bottle before release, minimal sulphur added at bottling.- Distributor Note
