Tasting Notes
Fruit from Chateau Chalon, spending six months in old oak. Wonderfully complex aromas of golden delicious apple, light honeydew melon, crushed walnuts, lifted apple blossom - it's a more refined oxidative style. The palate opens with ripe stone fruits shot through with a racy acidity. It's pure, fresh and vibrant, with lovely shape and weight. A slightly lighter expression of Jura Savagnin but with a beautifully etched shape. - Felix G
