Tasting Notes
A blend of Arinto, Antao Vaz, Roupeiro and a touch of Semillion - yes, Semillon. Who knows how the Semillon got there but it did and the wine is all the better for it. Showing lovely lanolin and citrus backbone to a front of rich honeyed and almost Chardonnay-like complexities. It's barrel fermented with a portion of new oak so this with is very complex and lavish. - Chris L
