Tasting Notes
Grown at 730 metres on decomposed granite in Tumbarumba, on west facing slopes with a big swing between day and night temperatures. Whole bunch pressed, into old French oak with full solids for a wild ferment and a full malo, then ten months before it comes off gross lees. Nectarine, stone fruit and florals over a faint barrel note, and that granite shows up as a mineral edge right through the palate. - Pete L
