Organic cool climate shiraz with a savoury edge. Black pepper spice and dark blue fruits, silky tannins and a great acid line. These wines seem to be getting better with every vintage! - Nick F
You can tell immediately that here is an intense fresh fruit-driven Syrah; but there’s also depth of flavour too and mouth-coating fine chalky tannin. The clear glass bottle may get you thinking it’s an easygoing “park wine”; but here’s a food friendly gem! - Michael L
