Tasting Notes
A Chenin Blanc from limestone-rich slopes near Saint Cyr en Bourg, whole bunch pressed and fermented with native yeasts in a mix of concrete and old oak before six months on lees. It shows ripe orchard fruit with lift and freshness, a supple, medium bodied palate and bright acidity that carries through a long, clean finish. - Pete L
