Tasting Notes
Miniscule amounts of wine are produced by Fanny Sabre, one of Burgundy's top natural wine producers. This aligote for me is all about the acid that gives the wine zip, texture and drive. A real zesty mineral citrus driven expression of what is becoming one of my favourite varieties. - Pete L
