Fernet-Branca is a classic Italian amaro, first crafted in Milan in 1845 by Fratelli Branca Distillerie. It’s made from a secret blend of 27 herbs and spices sourced from around the world, including ingredients like Chinese rhubarb, gentian, galangal, chamomile, and saffron.
Known for its bold, bitter flavour with notes of mint, liquorice, and herbs, Fernet-Branca is traditionally enjoyed neat as a digestif. - Peter L
