Tasting Notes
Ferrara Benito "Cicogna" Greco di Tufo is a single-vineyard expression from the Tufo region of Campania, specifically sourced from the high-altitude Cicogna vineyard known for its unique sulfur and limestone-rich volcanic soils. The wine has an intense and complex aromatic profile of ripe pear, apricot, and orange blossom, frequently accented by a smoky flintiness. On the palate, it is full-bodied and structurally powerful with a rich, almost oily texture, balanced by a sharp, persistent acidity and a long, savory mineral finish. - Chris L
