Speedo is 100% Pinot Gris off sandy soils, picked in two separate passes with a mix of carbonic and destemmed parcels, all wild-fermented and given 5 days on skins before being split between old oak and stainless for elevage. A textural Gris with strawberry, nashi pear, mandarin peel and white florals on the nose. - Pete L
