Yay! is 100% Yarra Valley Pinot Noir given 10 days on skins with minimal handling and just 2 months in barrel to lock in the early ferment aromatics. A light, crunchy, bright, fruit driven Pinot with foraged herbs and citrus pith on the nose, red berry, ripe cherry and a streak of cola and anise on the palate... Bright acidity throughout, dangerously drinkable. - Pete L
