Tasting Notes
We had an idea that was to be creative and experimental with winemaking, to push ourselves in an effort to grow and learn more. This inspiration took shape without regard to single varieties or sites. Its a blend of both! The craft of the wine was not driven by convention, but by taste and emotion.
The result is a complex, unique wine that challenges the status quo. It is a 100% whole bunch pinot gris (Mornington Peninsular) and pinot noir (South Gippsland), co-fermented for six weeks in total.
Bright cherry, earthy, herbal aromatics, bright lifted wild raspberries, sappy/crunchy mouthfeel, silty/fine tannins, a curious wine leaving you wanting more. - Winery Note
