Tasting Notes

I'm excited by these wines, especially the Pinot Noir! It's the expression of the variety from Fleet that only a handful of producers are achieving in Australia (from young vines) at the moment. Obviously we, as a country, have a lot to achieve with the Pinot Noir, but this wine shows the way in my opinion. It has a direction. Poetry aside, it's a lighter bodied, finer example of Pinot Noir that I encourage the Pinotfiles of the country to delve into and explore. - Chris L
