Tasting Notes
The wine’s name is the hint it’s a lighter fresh style. There’s dusty raspberry leaf and fruit aromas with hints of stalk. The taste is raspberry and strawberry with nice acid bite keeping it tight. Very fine chalky tannin too. Food match - surprised how well it went with a range of Japanese fresh and cooked dishes. -Michael L
