Tasting Notes
This isn't your stock standard Albarino, it's so much more. Watch this wine evolve and unfurl over a couple of days if you have the patience, it's a great lesson in wine development in the presence of air. Upon opening it's lighter-bodied and full of freshness. You experience citrus, pear, green stone fruit and minerality, with so much salinity you've got to assume the cooling Atlantic influence is playing its part. As it opens up the weight of the wine increases, the citrus fruit gets riper and the minerality integrates beautifully. I loved this wine and I hope you do to. - Chris L
