Tasting Notes
The Cueilette is basically a Brouilly designation, but it's not. How French, right? That aside it's an incredibly interesting Gamay with plenty to give. Vivacious and carbonic in nature, you'll find yourself inquisitive and lured into your glass by the minute. Decant and serve at 16 degrees. - Chris L
Love the earthy, clean raspberry fruit on smell and taste. A Beaujolais of structure with dusty acidity to keep this fresh gamay lasting 5+ years to come. 13% alc. A fine Beaujolais for savoury lovers. - Michael L
