Tasting Notes
Something very different from Piedmont here. Erbaluce is a fairly uncommon variety in Piedmont overshadowed by grapes like Arneis. After trying this I think it should be the other way around as this was delicious! Layered with green apple, amalfi lemon, hints of white florals and a refreshing acidity that keeps the riper fruit flavours in check. - Pete L
