Tasting Notes
A pale, bright white with a real glow of lime to it. The nose is fresh and floral, white flowers over orchard fruit, pear and white peach, with a thread of honey and a grassy lift. The palate is where it turns serious, ripe and gently spiced but taut, precise and very long, all driven by a pronounced lime freshness and finished with a little flick of sea salt. A properly structured, savoury white that's begging for a plate of cold seafood, whether that's crab, prawns or a good piece of salmon. - Pete L
