Grenache from the Hongell's vineyard just south of Tanunda, on the Barossa Valley Way. Old vines, Biscay Clay soils, 40% whole bunch ferments, old barrels and sulphured just prior to bottling. - Winery Note
Freddie Stevenson sources biodynamic fruit from regions around South Australia. Everything is small batch here, and minimal intervention is a must. The wines are fun and lively in the glass and speak of the regions in which they come. Never overblown or overdone.
