Tasting Notes
Fulcro A Pedreira Albarino is a great example of what the new wave of Rias Baixas producers are doing right now. Made using a mix of stainless steel and large seasoned barrels, it has a lovely balance of texture and freshness. You get layers of white stone fruit and soft florals alongside citrus zest and that unmistakable Atlantic saline character, finished with a clean, chalky edge that gives it real snap. Medium bodied and dry, it feels bright and energetic while still offering depth, a bit like a coastal take on Chablis. A really exciting introduction to Fulcro and a clear step forward for modern Albariño. - Pete L
