These Cotier wines are amazing! White wine varieties fermented with 100% whole bunch, carbonic maceration. This method of skin contact is commonly used in red wine making, but not with whites. This Riesling is dry and super textural, like no other Riesling I've ever tried. I'm so impressed with this wine that I'm going to be championing this method of production with other producers around Australia. Get some while it lasts - limited supply. - Chris L
