Nebbiolo from Heathcote, showing a slightly warmer and more generous expression of the variety. There’s rose petals, red cherry and wild strawberry, with dried herbs, spice and some earthy savouriness underneath. The fruit has plenty of ripeness, but that classic Nebbiolo structure is still there - bright acidity and firm, fine tannins giving the wine shape and length. Fragrant, savoury and beautifully balanced. - Chris L

With beautifully crafted labels by Adriana Picker—born of local landscapes—the Garden of Earthly Delights range represents Syrahmi’s small-batch expressions, spotlighting terroirs beyond their Heathcote roots, including Macedon Ranges and Tooborac.
