Tasting Notes
A testament to what can be achieved with well-farmed and thoughtfully made village level vineyards. Typical intoxicating Gevrey nose with supple red fruits, spices, earth and wet fur. Silky without being too lean - fine-grained tannins bringing lovely texture and balance to the wine. Drinking so well now but will definitely improve with time in bottle. - Aaron C.
