The Chablis being produced from the Duplessis family is exceptional and affordable. Farming organically and now minimal intervention in the celllar, these wines are here to express the true terroir of Chablis. This is a step up from the Petit Chablis in both quality and price. The wine is more concentrated in body with a finer minerality and integrated acidity to the wine. It's moouth filling. - Chris L
