Tasting Notes
The Vaillons vineyard is one of the seven Premier Cru sites in Chablis. The name Vaillons translates to 'little valley' and typifies the landscape of the vineyard along with the classic Kimmeridgian soils that Chablis has become so famous for. Gerard Duplessis produces a classic Vaillons with plenty of that Chablis minerality that so many producers are missing these days. On top of this tension it also displays power and moderate weight. - Chris L
