These are the lovely, fine expressions of Chablis from the Duplessis family. Farming organically and now very minimal intervention in the cellar, you'll see these wines are a fantastic example of wines that show terroir without being clouded by the hand of man. This Petit Chablis, the entry level wine from the estate, is light on its feet with the classic mineral drive you expect to see from good Chablis producers. - Chris L
