A blend of fruit from the Sexton, Tarraford and Applejack vineyards. 100% hand-picked, whole bunch pressed and fermented naturally on full juice solids in 500L French puncheons – 10% new, 90% older. No lees stirring with 20% spontaneous malolatic fermentation. Matured in French oak – 10% new, 90% older – for only 8 months. - Winery Note
