This is truly a unique wine from a relatively obscure grape variety. Layers of red fruit - strawberry, raspberry, cherry mingle with dried roses, spice and ashy minerality and reduction. Light to medium bodied with a fine acid line and wonderful texture. Try this with some charcuterie and cheese! - Aaron C
