The nose is immediately enticing – floral and fragrant with acacia honey, dried apricots, vanilla, and subtle notes of nutmeg and clove. On the palate, it delivers a sumptuous texture, unfolding with flavours of citrus peel, figs, and caramelised fruits, supported by oak spice and roasted nuts. The sherry casks lend depth and richness, bringing tones of toffee, dates, and a whisper of dark chocolate.
