Tasting Notes
González Byass Leonor Palo Cortado Sherry NV offers a complex and intriguing profile, resulting from an average of 12 years of aging in American oak casks following the traditional Solera system. The nose reveals intense aromas of hazelnuts, bitter orange, and mature oak. On the palate, powerful and intense toasted notes are complemented by a smooth and silky texture. The finish is long and harmonious, leaving impressions of dried fruits and subtle spice. - Peter L
