Tasting Notes

I like all the Good Intentions wines, but if I had to choose a favourite from this release it would be this Riesling. Full of skinsy goodness giving so much flavour from nose to palate. These also oodles of texture in the form of tannins that engulf all the corners of your palate. For this reason I think it's a great accompaniment to cured meats and an array of cheese.
