Tasting Notes
I find it hard to understand how this wine is such good value - aged Roussanne in its absolutely sweet spot. Roussanne is a rare sight in Sunbury, but it really suits the warm, dry conditions at Goona Warra. This is a rich and textured style, with ripe pear and stone fruit, honeysuckle, herbs and a little nuttiness developing underneath. If you're unfamiliar with Roussanne but like Chardonnay, give this a try. - Chris L
