Hazelburn 8 Year Old is a sherry-focused expression from Springbank’s annual Sherry Wood series, showing a softer, more polished side of Campbeltown. Fully matured in Oloroso casks, it leans into rich, warming flavours with aromas of cocoa, spice and red fruits, followed by a palate of mixed berries, nutty sweetness and sticky dessert notes. The finish is long and gently savoury, with spiced fruit and a subtle coastal touch.
