Tasting Notes
Ok it is called the Beast so we know this will be no shrinking violet. This is flagship wine for Hentley Farm. All the trimmings. From a single site block with long sunlight hours this wine is opulant and concentrated. Dark fruits of plum and blackberry with spicy currant and mocha aromas. With a rich and ripe palate this wine surprises not for it's power but a minerality and tangy acidity. This is a sleek well made wine with good integrated oak. One for the discerning Barossa drinker and the cellar. - Patrick C
