Sometimes you're in a mood for a particular wine variety; but tonight you just want to relax with a good drinking drop. Well this is a red blend just made for that occasion. It's refined yet slurp-able, with enough structure (chalk, tannin & acidity) and it may remind you of Cabernet or Grenache - but who cares, you're relaxing with a really good wine! - Michael L
The Heretic Red is sourced entirely off the organically managed Arimia Estate (Dan's day job) and is a roughly equal blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache and Mourvedre. Entirely wild fermented, the wine is unfined, unfiltered and an authentic expression of time and place from a vineyard we pour our heart and soul into. - Winery Note
