Tasting Notes
This is a very serious and intricate orange wine from Sicily. Organically grown Catarratto grapes that are harvested by hand and fermented on skins for 2-3 weeks depending on the vintage. Deep and mysterious upon opening, this wine soon becomes something quite surreal. Let it open, let it blossom, let it orange blossom. Richly textured, ethereal and unashamedly different.
