Tasting Notes
Well this a cool! The grape is Malvasia di Candia, an aromatic white variety common in Emilia Romagna, which makes for a floral and lifted wine on the nose. The palate is only slightly fizzy, but it really helps to pronounce the texture that is deeply ingrained in the wine. Really interesting and a great wine for hard cheese. - Chris L
