Tasting Notes
This is 100% Vermentino coming from the Chalmers Vineyards and is a still version of his Bianco Pet Nat which will be released soon. Tim gives it a few days of skin contact then presses it off to old barrels for a long nap finishing with some time in tank to get ready for bottling. Fresh, juicy and very moreish.
