Tasting Notes

A few years in the making for this extended skin contact (Orange) white blend. Not enough new world orange wines are aged long enough before release in order to soften the tannins and bring about a balanced texture in the wine. Expect some apricot characters but also some more dominant nutty and honeyed characteristics come though adding complexity and interest. Consume with food, perhaps pork based. - Chris L
