Tasting Notes
As Summer begins and the heat really starts to ramp up, we're always looking for wines that bring a refreshing remedy. And this is certainly one of them! Fresh strawberry and raspberry on the nose, with hints of watermelon and cardamom. The palate has a wonderful fleshiness to it, bringing bright red fruits and a mouth-watering jubey quality, with subtle yeasty notes on the finish. The delightful Pet-Nat fizz also adds to the refreshment factor! An incredibly drinkable, more-ish wine that is perfect for the long Summer days. - Felix G
