Sauvignon styles just keep getting more interesting. This oxidative (exposure to air during early winemaking) style from Veneto in north-east Italy loves food. Must shake-out the CO2 first with a good decant to reveal the nutty, white peachy and light honeyed edge. Then a fine sizzle from tannin-like citrus to end dry and fresh. 13% alc.
