Tasting Notes
In 2003 a single barrel called Bruce, held our entire first vintage. Named after Kathryn's late father, Bruce is the most iconic and personally significant wine that we produce. The rustic nose is reminiscent of the smoky smells of Linke's butcher shop and the characteristic dark chocolate bitterness and juicy fresh acidity reiterates this is Barossa Shiraz through and through. This Bruce is one for the cellar, with ideal drinking from 2025 to 2030. Decanting will reward the impatient. A wine with power, depth, texture and structure.
