Tasting Notes
Exactly the same blend as the Buriana Bianco (20 plus varietals), but aged in amphora for 9 months under a layer of flor yeast. Incredible wine. It’s Jura-esque on the nose, with nutty, saline, baked apple notes, and a curry leaf savouriness. There’s lovely texture and weight, and so much complexity. So, so good. - Felix G
