Tasting Notes
A fairly unconventional blend of Merlot and Semillon but boy does it work! This is a perfect chilled red with lots of acidity and fresh ripe strawberries, blood orange, dragonfruit and pomegranate. The addition of the Semillon adds that layer of acidity that tightens everything together and helps to create a really cool wine. - Pete L
