Tasting Notes
Organically farmed Chardonnay from a special site in the Adelaide Hills that undergoes carbonic maceration in stainless steel to extract tannin and texture whilst retaining it's juicy character. It's then foot stomped and trapped in a stainless steel tank for nearly two months pushing the wine further and extracting more grip from the skins. It's got flavours of dried and macerated stone fruits with hints of baking spice and black tea. A really cool wine. - Pete L
