Tasting Notes
Fourchaume' is one of the most reputed Premier Crus of Chablis. The slope is a progression of the same one on which the Grand Crus are based. It benefits from the same exposure (to the South-West), which allows it to gain good levels of maturity, even in harder years. This wine shows a real roundness, a perfect counter-balance the typical Chablis minerality. - Winery Note
