Light skin contact. A robust citrus flavour with elements of grass and earth. Very textural on the palate and complex in style. The grapes are harvested at full maturity and natural vinification: fermentation in old barrels, 24 months in barrels, bottled in spring 2021. Unfined. Low SO2 added. - Importer Note
The story begins here, in the heart of the Sologne, where Julien Courtois and Heidi Kuka cultivate 4.5 hectares of vineyards and offer 7 different grape varieties. Wine makers for many generations, Juliens father Claude Courtois, gave him his taste for natural wines. From the vineyard to the cellar, culture and wine are natural and organic. The goal is to help you discover authentic wines at amazing and unique character.
