Tasting Notes
A far more serious expression of Beaujolais than many other Crus. This Morgon has lovely aromas of dark fruits, herbal notes, a savoury, beef stock kind of thing - it all works beautifully. The palate is velvety and open-knit with lovely structure and shape. A bit of time in the cellar will only benefit, but if you're drinking sooner rather than later, a good decant will really open it up. - Felix G
