Tasting Notes
The Juxtaposed Old Vine Grenache is a blend of two vineyards in McLaren Vale, namely the Smart and Wait Vineyard. It's a more primary and forward style of Grenache that lets the fruit do the talking. There is still structure and definition to the wine which helps to highlight the quality of fruit coming off these two vineyards. If you had the patience to put it down I think it will get even better but already has so much to offer. - Pete L
Less is more! Minimal intervention or Lo-fi wines encapsulate those producers who keep additions and manipulations to a minimum during the winemaking process. This means the wines are wild fermented, unfiltered and unfined, and only add sulfur during the process.
